Timeline and value. All of our products are in stock and ready for delivery. These days, having definite timelines is an important factor. A majority of our inventory starts as off-spec, meaning it needs some work from experienced mechanics, and is acquired for well under market value. We refurbish the item, making any repairs necessary, and then pass those savings on to our customers.

At Odd Bosco, items move quickly, and we don’t like to leave our showroom half full. How do I schedule delivery for my Odd Bosco purchase?

We offer White Glove Delivery & Install services for all orders. For purchases made at our retail location, you will have the opportunity to schedule delivery and install at the time of purchase. For online sales, one of our team members will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to schedule your delivery and install.

 

What does White Glove Delivery & Install cost?

The fee for delivery and install of your order is auto calculated based on the number of items in the order and the distance from our warehouse to your install location. Online shoppers can see this calculated fee during checkout.

 

Do you outsource your White Glove Delivery & Install services?

Odd Bosco delivery services are handled by our parent company Universal Billiards, which has over 25 years of experience working with game room products in the DFW area. Anything you purchase will be handled by professionals with the utmost attention to detail.

 

Can I pick up my Odd Bosco items personally?

Only in very rare circumstances will we allow customers to coordinate their own pick up. Most of what we sell is very heavy and/or delicate, requiring experienced mechanics to disassemble, relocate, and install. Our White Glove Delivery & Install services are meant to ensure that all orders are installed without issue.

 

Are there any warranties on Odd Bosco products?

All items found at Odd Bosco are guaranteed to be structurally sound and in good working order at the time of purchase. Refurbished, reconditioned products may have visible signs of wear and/or damage. There are no warranties for cosmetic issues. All products are sold in as-is condition. Products with electronic components may need regular maintenance by trained technicians to remain in full working order. Any required maintenance or other repairs are not covered under any warranty from Odd Bosco.

 

What is your return policy?

At Odd Bosco, all sales are final. All products are sold as-is. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties on products sold or for service charges, like fees for White Glove Delivery & Install.
